1.How safe is shopping on our Shop?

2.How can I place an order online?

Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and color required then click "add to shopping cart". You can add additional items or proceed to 'checkout'.

3.Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?

Yes, we will ship our merchandise worldwide by international express mail, and it usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery

4.How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

The tracking information will be sent by email once the items have been shipped. Now we offer free shipping over 3pcs for all orders. The shipping of the items is online traceable.

5.What kind of currency do you accept?

At present, we accept GBP, USD, EURO DOLLARS.

6.How can I pay online?

There are currently three ways to pay. Customers can finish online payment with credit card or debit card. If customers don’t have credit cards available, or need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend Western Union Money Transfer
A:Online payment with credit card or debit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast and efficient. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Maestro and so on.
B:Western Union Money Transfer. We can accept payment by West Union when you want to order large sums of jewelry (usually 500 GBP above).

7.Will I get an order confirmation?

We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.

8.When will my products be delivered?

After your order has been dispatched, we??ll send you a tracking information e-mail. You can track your parcel status in 2-3 days online with the tracking number we offer. Usually you can receive your parcel in 5-9 working days.

9.What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number directly to arrange re-delivery or collect our parcel personally.

10.How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.

11.Can i get any discount if i buy big quantity?
